Resolve Work CRM’s Staff Management feature gives you full control over your team’s access, responsibilities, and communication within the system.

Easily create new staff members by navigating to Setup → Staff and clicking New Staff Member.

Assign staff to specific departments, set their permissions, and define their roles based on the level of access they require. Permissions can be customized individually or automatically applied based on pre-configured roles, helping you streamline the setup process.

Staff profiles also support personal settings like language preferences, email signatures, and social profile links, improving internal collaboration and communication.
