Support Tickets is a feature that allows you to track, manage, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
#1 Support Tickets
The Support Tickets feature in Resolve Work CRM allows your customers to specify the service or product related to a ticket when they open a new support request. This helps admins quickly identify the nature of the issue and direct it to the appropriate department or service team.
To Enable/Disable Support Ticket Services:

Navigate to Setup > Settings > Support in the admin menu.

Here, you can enable or disable the option for customers to select a service or product when submitting a ticket.
To Create a New Ticket Service:

Go to Setup > Support > Services in the admin menu.

Create new services/products that customers can select when opening a ticket. For example:

Product/Service 1

Product/Service 2
-
Product/Service 3
-

These services will appear in the ticket submission form, allowing customers to choose which service or product the ticket pertains to.
